Trinity Church is a growing church of people of all ages from many nations. This makes for encouraging celebration service times, marked by joyful praise, as we gather in all our diversity. But there’s a danger that we know nobody well. That’s where our midweek small groups come in, including Life Groups.
Life Groups are small groups where we share life, help each other understand and apply the Bible and pray for one another.
We encourage everyone at Trinity Church to be part of a smaller group. Life Groups are one way to do this; they provide a setting to get to know each other better, so you can pray for and encourage each other through all of life’s twists and turns.
When do Life Groups meet?
Life Groups meet most weeks during school term, mostly in the evenings, and mostly in the home of one of the group members. Members of Life Groups also enjoy meeting socially at other times.
Who are Life Groups for?
What happens at a Life Group?
Life Groups are about sharing life together. Expect food and drink to feature.
At the regular meetings, time is spent on two main activities:
- We read and study the Bible together. A Life Group gives an opportunity to chew more slowly, and to work through with others how the Bible impacts each of our lives day by day.
- We pray together. We pray for each other, for those close to us, and for other situations that are on our minds.
